The current range of furniture "Outside  In"  aspires to bridge the gap between the surreal and the ordinary through the use of surface finish. By re-injecting nature with a contemporary mask we become intrinsically attracted to a form of vision which we feel compelled to interact with. Nic mainly sources dead wood from the forest floor but also works alongside tree surgeons to source the necessary branches, which would otherwise simply be shredded. This particular engagement with wood relies on its naturally organic  form as a means to repel the daily routine of Geometry.
